The Bloom Monthly Club is a very simple and affordable way to receive new socks every month. Our team of designers and influencers sit together monthly to come up with a unique design that will only be available once to our valued Bloom Monthly Club members.

Q: If I join the Bloom Monthly Club will I be charged each month, or is it a one-time thing?

A: You’ll be subscribed and billed each month. You can cancel at anytime by reaching out to us at info@bloomsocks.ca.
However, if you joined the Bloom Monthly Club with our introductory $1 offer, you agreed to staying subscribed for atleast three months at regular price. In that case, you can send us an email and we will gladly cancel your subscription for the upcoming months.

Q: Do I get to pick and choose my socks? Maybe there’s a pair that I won’t feel comfortable in wearing, or that don’t match my wardrobe. Can I return that month's selection and extend out my sock purchases?

A: No picking or choosing, unless you mean your friends. Each month, our sock stylists carefully choose the design that will be sent to our loyal members. We’re pretty confident you’ll like them, keeping in mind that they’re fun, bright and colourful. If for some reason you don’t like them, know that they’d make a great gift or donation to someone in need.

Q: If I'm subscribed to the Bloom Monthly Club more than once, will I receive different pairs of socks ?

A: Unfortunately, no. Our staff works very hard each month to create one special design of socks, but we currently do not have the right amount of resources to create multiple designs. If you subscribe to the Bloom Monthly Club more than once, you will receive the same pair of socks multiple times: this can be useful if you wish to join the Club with a friend!

Q: How much is shipping?

A: The price you pay monthly for the Bloom Monthly Club socks includes shipping. Therefore, the $6.95 monthly rate covers shipping... and your new pair of socks!

Q: What shipping method is used?

A: Because we want to keep the Bloom Monthly Club at the cheapest price possible, your socks will take a couple of weeks to arrive (in most cases, they will be delivered between 3 and 4 weeks). Q: Will you have access to my credit card information?

A: Absolutely not! We do not have control over your billing information. Our billing software securely encrypts your data, so we will never be able to use it for other purposes!
